What product identification solutions do you offer?

We provide product identification solutions for companies in the food processing, manufacturing, and distribution industries. GCB Solutions provides printers for processing plants to directly print information onto their products. For example, you may see a “sell by date” on a milk carton or a bottle of medicine or a box of cereal. Our experts survey the application, quote the project, install the equipment, and provide ongoing service.



What kind of labeling services and equipment do you provide?

We provide pressure sensitive labels of all kinds. Some popular varieties include full color labels for pharmaceuticals, foods, and beverages or white address labels with barcodes for deliverables. We also offer labeling equipment for generating labels and placing those labels onto packages.



What custom packaging materials do you provide?

In addition to labels, we also provide folding cartons, rigid high-end cartons, specialty corrugated cartons, and fully color printed corrugated boxes.

No, there is no minimum order amount at GCB Solutions.

What is product coding?

Product coding is when you put a specific code or date on a product that offers additional information. For example, a specific code is printed on each egg carton that gives the date, location, and lot number from when the eggs were processed. This allows the product to be effectively monitored and traced, and if there are any problems it can be properly isolated.



How do I get a UPC for my product?

You must apply online to receive a UPC code. Once they assign a UPC code, we can print the code onto your product.



Can you assist with packaging design?

Absolutely! At GCB Solutions, we have a designer on staff and over 30 years of packaging design experience.



Will I work with an account manager?

Yes, you will work directly with an experienced account manager.



How do you determine the cost of my order?

The total cost of your order is determined by the quantity of products needed, materials and type of equipment used, and amount of time needed to install.



What are my payment options?

Online payments with Credit Cards and direct ACH transfers are accepted. We can extend 30-day terms with approved credit.



What is your return policy?

Returns are subject to review and offered on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to work with our customers to attain total satisfaction.



Is your packaging made in the United States?

Yes, our packaging supplies are produced in the United States.



Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we ship orders internationally outside of the United States.



Can you provide custom items or sizes?

Yes, in fact, most of our orders are custom.

We are up to date with all food safety guidelines. Many of our products are approved for use in food packaging and for direct food contact.



Are there requirements or regulations my packaging must meet?

Depending on your product, there may be some requirements or regulations regarding how you ship it and in what environment it can be sold. We’re experts regarding the requirements for big box stores and Amazon.



Do you offer fulfillment services?

Yes, we offer offer fulfillment services at GCB Solutions. If we cannot handle your request, we can recommend one of our fulfillment partners.



Can I get samples of your products?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with samples.



Can I add items to an existing order?

Yes, you are able to add items to an existing order.



Can I cancel or remove items from an existing order?

Yes, although you may be subject to a penalty, especially for custom printed products.
