WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE
Our priority is you. From complimentary support to full printer replacement, we want to ensure that your experience with GCB Solutions is simple, successful and pain free.
No detail is too small and no project is too big. Every client, regardless of size, is treated to our white-glove service and receives personal assistance from our founder, George Bouton, during each step of the process. For instance, every X1Jet printer customer is automatically enrolled in our hot spare service program—if your printer stops working for any reason, we will ship a replacement printer to you within 24 hours. It’s just part of our “not-so-standard” customer service policy.
We have been working with George Bouton for a number of years, on a variety of different marking & labeling applications. From our first experience with George, he has been nothing but helpful, dedicated, and courteous. George provided us with a wide range of samples, provided technical information to assist us with our selection, provided industry reps as needed, and has been more a member of our team than an outside resource. George has provided us with test units and samples for a variety of different date code, direct printing, and label applications.
